Usually when we think of getting highest quality cutlery knives, we think of getting Japanese steel knives or German blades. However with this hipster movement, people are finding passion all over the place. Passion that isn’t directly to get them rich but rather the pure passion of art in itself. Like a paint brush is for an artist, knives for chefs.
Check out Cut Brooklyn and Bob Kramer knives below. It makes you want to trash your Costco $40 knife set and get these high quality knives that last forever. Bob Kramer, Kramer Knives, sell for $300 per inch. Cut Brooklyn, hipster, doesn’t come off as sophisticated and not sure if the blades are really carbon steel like Kramer knives but they are high quality.
